ForeScout Technologies Joins SecureIT Alliance
ForeScout Technologies, a leading provider of clientless Network Access Control (NAC) and intrusion prevention solutions, today announced it has joined the SecureIT Alliance founded by Microsoft. As a member of the SecureIT Alliance, ForeScout will lend its expertise in network-based access control and intrusion prevention and facilitate the exchange of information to further strengthen the participation of leading vendors in a drive towards more effective industry collaboration.
The SecureIT Alliance is a web-enabled community which serves as a central point for members to share security solutions information and best practices with the public. The Alliance community also provides members with platform disclosure information from Microsoft, including beta releases, vulnerability remediation, emerging technology, and software development kits, in order to more efficiently and effectively develop new security solutions
