Technical Support Services

GSS Support consultants are able to provide 1st and 2nd line support to both resellers and end-users on all of our products. We have developed a strong relationship with our vendors and take pride in solving all of our customer's queries and issues.

Training Services

Training courses are provided at various levels for both open audiences and tailored courses for in-house client specific training. They include high level short presentations to company directors or intensive multi-day technical courses to IT security staff. Certified training is available for both resellers and end-users on many of our products or custom training courses can be written on any aspect of Information Security. Internal awareness courses are also available; these can be either in-house or roadshows for multi-site operations.

Networking Services

GSS Support can help with the design, planning and implementation of your new network. From providing general advice on connectivity, VPNs, WLAN's and security, to detailed pre-configuration of equipment and proof of concept installation. Our skilled GSS Support consultants can also provide advice on what you should be including in proposal requests to ensure that when your network is installed is functions exactly as expected.
